The solid steel construction will provide years of service. Unit comes standard four (4) position locking swivel casters with roller bearings (2K-4K units have glass filled nylon casters. 6K-8K units have phenolic casters. 10K model has steel casters). Rigging locks in 1 of 4 positions; you can set the wheels and push the gantry crane forward, back, left or right.

Power Lift Jib Cranes are designed for material handling applications on docks, in warehouses, or in truck beds. Choose either 12V DC, 1 HP with 6' long non-removable pendant control or 115V AC, 1/3 HP with fingertip switch to raise and lower hook.

The cranes beam height can be adjusted to better conform to the working conditions making it both ergonomically friendly and cost effective. Unit comes standard four (4) V-groove casters, allowing for quick movement and positioning adjustments. Height is adjustable in 6" increments. Designed for semi-permanent or permanent applications. Cable assemblies with zinc-plated gold chromate chain anchor can be used on cable, combination winches, or web winches with side washers to prevent binding. Constructed of galvanized aircraft cable with grade 70 NACM compliant chain anchor. The chain anchors are 19" in length.

Grade 100 chain, similar to the Grade 80 chain, is commonly used for overhead lifting applications because of its excellent energy absorption properties; however Grade 100 chain has the greatest strength to weight ratio of the alloy chains. For fast identification, Peerless Grade 100 chain is embossed USA and stamped P10. For quality control, Peerless chain is date coded for easy trace-ability.

This is in line with the higher 4-to-1 design factor required by the International Standards Organization (ISO). For fast identification, Peerless Grade 80 chain is embossed USA and stamped P8. For quality control purposes, Peerless chain is date coded for easy traceability.

Lifter jib cranes are designed to lift items from the ground to van floor height, then rotate into cargo area. Manual, DC battery powered, and AC electrically powered winches are available.
