• Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
• Made to Order Products: Items that are made to order, like custom dock boards, custom signs, and custom printed forms, are not returnable unless there is a problem with the product. Non-returnable items are marked on the product pages.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items that are custom made to order are generally not returnable. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable.
• How to Return: Please contact us to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
