General Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Times: Varies by product. Shipping days are displayed just below the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. Times can range from next-day to up to 30 days. Some products are made to order, and some made-to-order products might take longer as we may need to source parts or materials.
• Shipping Methods: We use various carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS for smaller product orders. For large item orders, we utilize various LTL Carriers. We quote large item orders before finalizing the order. The choice depends on the product's size, weight, and destination. Note: For small items, shipping costs are calculated by UPS directly on our website.
• Shipping Cost:The shipping cost for small products is calculated using UPS rates. ShippersMall.com integrates directly with UPS via a UPS module. If the item(s) to be shipped are small enough for UPS shipping but you believe the price is too high, choose "Best Method," and we will double-check whether our site calculated the cost correctly. For "Best Method" shipping, we will quote the shipping cost and get your approval before charging your credit card.
• Large Items Shippng Cost: For large items or if the shipping cost appears too high, during the checkout process select "Quoted Shipping Cost for large items or large quantities" (Too large for UPS)" as the shipping option. If the item(s) are large, we have discounts arranged with various trucking companies. We will obtain our best shipping cost and contact you via email or phone to get your approval before finalizing the order. Your credit card will only be charged after you approve the shipping cost. Always choose "Quoted Shipping Cost" for large items during the checkout process. We will provide a shipping quote, and upon your approval, add the cost to your order before processing payment. All orders are pending until the customer approves the cost.

• Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, external factors can cause delays. We will notify you in such cases.
