Alloy Oblong Master Links

Proudly Made in the USA

Crafted from welded and forged alloy steel, these oblong master links are available in either a self-colored or powder-coated finish. Peerless® Alloy Oblong Master Links surpass the requirements of ASTM A906 and A952.

All oblong master links undergo proof testing to ensure their reliability. The forged master links meet or exceed the design factor requirements for both chain (4:1) and wire rope (5:1) as specified in ASME B30.9.

Forged master links feature enlarged inside dimensions to accommodate wire rope thimbles. Each forged link is marked with the following identifiers:

  • USA
  • Peerless "P" Logo
  • Traceability and heat code
  • A10 indicating Grade 100
  • Manufacturer's mark
  • Angle indicators at 45° from vertical
