storable bottom mount C Track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch offers light weight, high strength, and better corrosion protection than zinc-plated, paint, or powder coat finishes. High-strength pawl pins and a seamless, solid steel mandrel provide strength and durability while smooth ground web slots prevent web wear and abrasion. With a 7-mm. design, the sliding web winch has a reduction of 2 lbs on average per winch for improved fuel economy and/or greater payloads, while heat-treated materials don’t compromise high strength. The storable design means there’s more space behind the mandrel for storing excess webbing in rolls to reduce strap wear. To protect the winch from rust and corrosion, we’ve added our best performing finish, the X-Treme Zinc coat. The X-Treme Zinc finish can withstand up to 720 hours of harsh sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate testing cycles. During testing, the X-Treme Zinc finish produced a mere 1% of rust across the entire winch while the black powder coat produced five times as much, the black e-coat ten times as much, and the zinc plating sixty times as much. With the durable X-Treme Zinc coating, you can expect years of performance even with exposure to harsh road conditions.
The storable bottom mount C track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch can be easily installed at any position along a flatbed trailer frame with Ancra C track for easy access. The winch locks into place on the track as soon as tension is applied to the webbing. With a working load limit of 6,000 lbs, 7-mm. design, and X-Treme Zinc finish, the sliding web winch makes for a tough and dependable solution for tying down heavy-duty cargo.
The 7-mm. sliding web winch winch is compatible with the following Ancra track: 42357-11; 42357-21; 49242-10-120, or equivalent.
