The X-Treme rope tie-down features ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rope, making it a great lightweight alternative to steel cable for securing heavy-duty loads like timber. Unlike steel cable, the rope will not develop kinks or have broken wires, while the lighter weight and added flexibility make it easy to use. A spliced eye loop on the end allows for connection to 3-bar winches, and a 21-in. long chain anchor on the opposite end features 5/16-in. grade 70 chain and grab hook.
At 33-ft. long and 3/8-in. in diameter, the X-Treme rope tie-down has a working load limit of 3,600 lbs., a breaking strength of 18,000 lbs., and a high-quality build that can be relied upon for years. An attached metal tag is marked with “Ancra, 50404-10, WLL 3600 lbs, 1365 kg.” as well as the manufacture date code. A trilingual instruction and warning sheet is included with each tie-down.
The X-Treme rope tie-down complies with FMCSA standards.
