The full powered electric stacker is designed to transport loads quickly and efficiently across warehouse facilities. Equipped with a high torque 24VDC drive and lift motor, it can handle heavy-duty tasks with ease. The ergonomic handle features an easy-to-operate throttle for infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, as well as lift/lower controls, an emergency reverse function for safety, and a horn. The stacker also includes an electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the handle is released. It operates on two 12V lead acid deep cycle batteries, has an integral battery charger, and a battery level gauge. The stacker rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels and is powered by a 0.7 KW drive and a 2.0 KW lift motor. It offers 3-4 hours of operation at full charge and up to 8 hours when used intermittently.

The emergency reverse function enhances safety by instantly reversing the unit's direction when the belly switch is activated, moving the unit forward until the switch is released or after five seconds have passed. If the switch is activated for more than five seconds, the safety circuit will disable the unit until it is reset, ensuring a high level of operator protection.

An optional upgrade to absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries is available. These maintenance-free batteries feature a sealed construction that eliminates the need for periodic watering and prevents corrosive acid fume spills.
