For quality control purposes, Peerless chain is date coded for easy traceability.

Grade 80 Chain, Strong Alloy Lifting Approved, Made in America

Grade 80 Chain is designed for overhead lifting applications. This chain offers exceptional energy absorption and is crafted from specially analyzed alloy steel. The G80 alloy chain is robust, versatile, and high-strength while remaining lightweight. It undergoes quenching and tempering before proof testing, resulting in a tensile strength that is double that of ordinary steel chains.

Peerless Grade 80 chain adheres to the latest standards set by the National Association of Chain Manufacturers (NACM) and ASTM A391/A391M. It also meets the higher 4-to-1 design factor required by the International Standards Organization (ISO). For quick identification, Peerless Grade 80 chains are embossed with "USA" and stamped with "P8". Additionally, each chain is date coded for easy traceability, ensuring quality control.

All heavy-duty Grade 80 lifting chains marked with the 'PEERLESS OVERHEAD LIFTING APPROVED' symbol meet or exceed the requirements of the overhead lifting industry.
