The Steel Truck Dockboard is constructed from high strength (55,000 psi) steel for durability and-term use. Beveled edges on both ends ensure smooth entry and exit, while the diamond-plated deck provides a safe, non-slip surface. Welded safety curbs enhance the dockboard's structural integrity. Locking legs are designed to minimize movement during loading and unloading, and are uneven to allow the dockboard to sit canted for easier floor pickup by fork trucks when not in use. Legs are positioned 12 inches from the edge of the dockboard. The bend is 11 degrees and 9 inches from the beveled edge. Standard with Lever Lift for quick portability with a fork truck. Manufactured in compliance with OSHA. Optional accessories include lifting chains, span locks, span pins/holes, and removable pickup loops.

OPTIONS DESCRIPTION

• Span pins and holes act as an additional set of legs to stabilize the dockboard in case of wider gaps between the dock and the truck, preventing it from sliding off.
• The sliding span locks function as adjustable legs to enhance stability.
• The removable pick-up loop option consists of two pieces of rectangular tubing with a T welded to the bottom. The dockboard has two slots cut at 24” centers. To use the lifting loops, insert the T parallel into the slot, turn it 90° so that it is perpendicular to the slot, then lift with a fork truck.
• The handles are welded to one side of the dockboard, allowing it to be lifted high enough to get the forklift underneath for easy pickup.
